LPC Supervision
Jamecha Hill, MS, LPC-S, provides supervision for counseling students and Associate Licensed Counselors (ALCs) seeking a supportive, structured, and practical supervision experience. Supervision is grounded in real-world clinical work and supports professional growth, ethical practice, and confidence as clinicians progress toward independent licensure. Her experience includes private practice, community mental health, Medicaid-aligned services, EAP, and higher-acuity settings. Supervision is individualized rather than limited to one population or setting, allowing flexibility based on each supervisee’s training needs and professional goals.
Who May Be a Good Fit?
Supervision may be a good fit for Counseling students or Associate Licensed Counselors (ALCs) working in a variety of settings (private practice, community-based, school-based, or agency work), and for individuals seeking guidance on clinical decision-making, documentation, ethics, and professional development.
Supervision availability is limited and provided on a scheduled basis. Fees, expectations, and structure are discussed directly to ensure a mutual fit before supervision begins. Interested individuals are encouraged to reach out to discuss supervision needs, availability, and next steps.
