Jamecha Hill, M.S., LPC, CEO
I am a licensed professional counselor who specializes in working with children/adolescents, adults, and families. My specialties include working with individuals who experience depressive and anxiety symptoms, behavioral issues, family conflict, identity issues (sex and racial identity), and life induced stressors.
My therapeutic approach consists of utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy with a Solution-Focused approach, and play therapy interactive techniques.
I believe in establishing a therapeutic relationship within our first session to allow opportunity for both the client and counselor to get to know each other before tackling any presenting concerns. If you are ready to take your journey, I can’t wait to hear from you. Let’s do the work together.
